Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policies

At Lofted Thoughts Clothing, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Original tags must still be attached.

  • Please email Returns@loftedthoughtsclothing.com and we will get your return in progress ASAP.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at Returns@loftedthoughtsclothing.com with:

  • A message from the original email address used to make the purchase or the order number.

  • The item(s) you want to return.

  • Reason for return (Optional).

Once approved, we will send you a return label free of cost. If the packaging is undamaged, you can simply ship the items back in that original packaging.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.


4. Exchanges

You can exchange any items if they are defective, damaged, or if you are in need a different size (based on availability).

To request an exchange, contact us at: Returns@loftedthoughtsclothing.com from the email address used to place the order or the order number and details of the item you want to exchange.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement, refund, or store credit.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days from the acceptance of the refund:

  • Please email us at Returns@loftedthoughtsclothing.com to make us aware of the missing refund. We will check the refund status on our end and get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Then contact your bank or card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Still no refund? Please reach out to us at Returns@loftythoughtsclothing.com and let us know what information your bank or credit card company provided and we will make sure you receive the refund in the quickest manner possible.
