The Brand Mission section of our Home Page offers a deeper, more philosophical look at who we are—what we believe, what drives us, and how this journey began. But we also want to share the tangible side of our vision: the physical garments you’ll receive and what makes them truly unique. Our goal is to build a rare kind of brand—one that stands out not only through purpose and philosophy, but also through the quality, creativity, and thoughtful design of every piece we create. Here are a few things we think you should know about what you receive from us and what sets it apart:
• We try to use organic fabrics and recycled materials as much as possible, which are more sustainable, harder to source, and come at a higher cost—but we believe the quality and environmental impact are worth it.
• Each garment in our Top Shelf and Keep it 100 are fully custom-made from the ground up—we don’t use blanks or pre-made pieces. This approach takes more time and increases production costs, but it ensures that every item is one-of-a-kind and true to our original design vision. You won’t find our garments anywhere else.
• All of our products are made sustainably, in facilities where employees are fairly paid and work in safe, respectful conditions. Ethical production is an important part of our mission.
• We use high-quality rib fabric on the cuffs, collar, and waist of our garments. While it may seem like a small detail, this added elasticity helps prevent stretching and maintains the garment’s original shape over time—ensuring a longer-lasting, better-fitting piece.
• For us, the collar is one of the most important parts of a garment. When it starts to wrinkle or get that ‘bacon-neck’ look, the entire piece can appear worn out and low quality. That’s why we use a more advanced (and more costly) construction method—reinforcing the collar with extra seams, fabric, and careful stitching. This keeps it sharp, structured, and looking fresh for as long as possible.
• For our U.S. customers, our garments are produced in the United States. For our European and international customers, we work with carefully selected factories in Europe that share our core values.
• Producing in multiple countries adds cost and complexity on our end—but it allows us to deliver your order faster and more affordably by reducing shipping times and fees.
• Another unique aspect of our brand is the full experience you receive—not just the garment itself. We believe presentation reflects quality. When a product arrives in a flimsy plastic bag, made from the cheapest materials, and tossed at your door, it speaks volumes. That’s not what we’re about. We take pride in thoughtful packaging and premium presentation, because our customers deserve better—and so do our garments.
• We believe the unboxing experience should reflect the quality of what’s inside—and reassure you that your purchase was a worthwhile investment. That’s why every order is shipped in a custom box and includes a luxury hanger engraved with our LTC logo. Not only does this elevate presentation, but it also helps maintain the garment’s shape—no more wire hangers stretching or distorting your piece.
• Every one of our garments includes an NFC chip, seamlessly embedded to elevate your experience. With a simple tap, you can learn about the design, the story behind it, and—if you’ve purchased a Limited-Edition piece—see exactly which number out of the run you received. We have a detailed instructional video that shows the concepts and instructions on how to all of the features.
The chip also connects you directly to our brand, offers tips on how to share your garment on social media, and unlocks a range of interactive features. This isn’t just tech for tech’s sake—it’s a meaningful way to connect you to your clothing, our mission, and the community we’re building. Watch the video below to explore what the NFC experience can bring to your garment.
